a little
about us
We don’t do business as usual.
We’re a creative agency for people and organisations who give a shit. From frontline campaigners to global changemakers, we team up with those fighting for climate and social justice, and help them make it land.
Strategy, story and cut-through creative - powered by purpose, not profit.
Our story
We started If Not Now in 2016, fuelled by frustration, hope and the belief that creativity should do more than sell things. One of our first projects was during the EU Referendum: taking a mural from the streets to millions of screens in a matter of hours.
That pretty much set the tone. Since then, we’ve worked exclusively with people and organisations fighting for climate and social justice. National and global charities, international coalitions, cooperatives, ethical brands and everyday organisers trying to shift things for the better.
We’re not your standard agency team. We’re the people you call when the stakes are high, the brief is tricky and playing it safe won’t cut it.
Who We Are
We’re strategists, creatives, writers, designers, organisers, producers and thinkers.
Different brains, different skills, one shared instinct: make it matter.
Based in Bristol, we work nationally and globally, pulling in trusted collaborators when the work calls for it. We’ve got the experience to stay calm under pressure, and just enough chaos to make things brilliant.
How We Work
We slot into teams, shape strategy, build brands, run creative sprints, deliver full campaigns, and everything in between.
Some of our best work comes from working closely with clients who trust us to push things further. We bring the thinking, the challenge and the creative firepower to make ambitious ideas happen.

Who we challenge
Work we’re proud of
and some that got us in trouble.
I can’t believe there isn’t more of them
